*Based upon my personal experience, the reason why I felt so depressed was because I felt worthless. I felt like I had little to offer.
Mostly in regards to what I was doing for a living, how I felt about myself, and what I contribute to.
I felt really lost.
But after long evaluation of the environments I was spending my time in,
I found that where I was, was not where I wanted to be. So I changed it.
And that’s what resolved it.
